The sandwich structure of carbon fiber + foam, molded to meet physical and biocompatibility requirements, is widely used in linear accelerator table tops and proton accelerator table tops. The length of proton accelerator table tops is 2m. The loading requirement is 200kg, and the measured deformation is only 0.8mm.
